Aeon Tech Solutions is not a general trading house. Our work starts from the equipment: the field arrangement, the electrode profile, the rapping arrangement, the gas conditions and the emission limit the plant has to hold.
That means a request for collecting electrodes is treated as a question about the field it belongs to — and a rising stack reading is treated as a diagnostic problem before it is treated as a purchase order.
We supply mechanical spares, electrical and control equipment, and the engineering services around them: inspection, performance assessment, troubleshooting, optimisation, retrofit and consultancy.
Power supply and control are where the largest performance gains usually sit. Obsolete controllers and ageing TR sets limit the field voltage an ESP can actually hold — and no amount of mechanical work compensates for that.
Available as standalone assignments or alongside a spares supply, during operation or in a planned shutdown window.
Internal and external inspection of fields, electrodes, rapping arrangement, hoppers and insulators, with a written condition record.
Assessment of field electricals, gas conditions and collection behaviour against the duty the ESP is expected to meet.
Fault-finding on tripping fields, low secondary voltage, rapper failures, insulator flashover and control faults.
Tuning of field energisation, rapping cycles and operating parameters to recover collection efficiency.
Supervision and support during shutdown maintenance, component replacement and re-commissioning.
Specification review, scope definition, spare part standardisation and retrofit-versus-replacement advice.
Replacing an ESP is rarely the first answer. In most cases the casing and structure are sound and the limitation sits in the internals, the power supply or the control philosophy.
A retrofit scope defined against measured condition — rather than against a catalogue — extends the performance and useful life of the existing installation at a fraction of replacement cost and downtime.
